Covergirl + Olay Pressed Powder in 320

Covergirl + Olay Pressed Powder
Price:17$ from Priceline and supermarkets

 Heavy swatch and normal swatch.
Covergirl claim about this powder that "Our formula, with built-in smooth-glide serum, adds a touch of brightness to your look without feeling heavy or cakey"

I bought this powder in fair/light shade 320 which was too light for me, but light/medium shade was out of stock. The powder comes in sleek purple packing with puff. Like most of the compacts, the puff was not very good quality one, I use it with my own puff.

The powder is almost fragrance free, it has rough texture, not finely miles. I had to rub the puff on the powder forcefully to get the powder. It looked fine on my skin but a little bit cakey. It emphasised dry patches on my skin but it did not settle into my fine lines and pores. I used it with out foundation and it gave me good coverage ( I do not have too many blemishes). It has light to medium coverage, I also used it over my normal foundation and it did look better over foundation. I used it regularly and my skin did not react badly to this product. (As I have sensitive skin and so many product cause me reaction). It did not clog my pores and did not break me out. It does last up to 5 hours and  I think it can also control oil on your face. I use this powder during summer when my skin is  not dehydrated, during winter it did not work for me.
This powder was OK. You might like it if you have normal, combination or oily skin. You might not like it if you have dry skin and living in cold dry weather.

My rating:3/5
